Boston Market Restaurants founded National Rotisserie Chicken Day April of 2015 to celebrate the delicious and tender flavor achieved through slow-cooked rotisserie chicken.
In May of 2015, the Registrar at National Day Calendar proclaimed the day to be observed on June 2nd, annually.
